Ending Child Sexual Abuse through Education, Advocacy, Treatment and Prevention
Based out of Sherwood Park, Alberta, "Little Warriors" provides treatment and support to families and victims of child sexual abuse. They operate the "Be Brave Rach", which according to Executive Director Dr Wanda Polzin Holman "is the only evidence-based episodic treatment centre for children and teens in the world that specifically focuses on child sexual abuse trauma treatment."
Treatment and support is important, but Little Warriors also pioneered the "Prevent It!" program, providing training and education that may make the difference in helping stop abuse before it happens.
